Welcome to Portland Express Shuttle. These rules are here to keep your shuttle rides safe, fun, and smooth across Oregon and Southwest Washington. User Account Information
You don’t need to sign up to ride with us, but if you create an account for regular PDX shuttle service trips, keep your login safe, it’s your choice. We might close accounts that aren’t used or break the rules, and we’ll send a note to expressshuttle88@gmail.com to let you know.
Rules of Conduct
All passengers must behave appropriately, ensuring no risk or harm to any guest, driver, vehicle, or property, and avoiding any illegal situations. Clients and renters are fully responsible for their guests and liable for any damage to the vehicle's interior, exterior, or equipment, including incidents involving vomit or other bodily fluids. A minimum charge of $195.00 will apply for cleaning, repairs, or replacements.
Portland Express Shuttle reserves the right to expel any passenger or terminate service immediately for breaching these conditions, with no portion of the rental fee refunded. After a thorough investigation, any damages will be charged to the card on file, and we will handle the cleaning or detailing.
Smoking & Alcohol Policy (Not Allowed)
SMOKING & ALCOHOL: Smoking and Alcohol are NOT permitted in any of our vehicles. A sanitation fee of 500.00 will be charged, as well as 100.00 minimum per carpet or seat burn. PETS: All pets need to be in a carrier or minimum charge of $99 will apply for any damage or cleaning and detailing the vehicle. Cleaning and detailing the vehicle will be done by us.
Personal Items
We do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after the ride. Please contact us at 971-419-8626 If you think you have left something behind, we will do our best to search for your item and coordinate it’s return.
AIRPORT PICKUP
Additional charges may apply for waiting time after arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 1 hour after a flight lands. After the first hour, there is a $1.00 charge for every minute of waiting time.
Please call the office if you can’t find your driver. If contact is not made to our office within 1 hour after the flight lands a no-show fee of the full rate will apply. To avoid a NO SHOW fee please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance 971-419-8626.
Extra Stop? Extra Times (Charge Needed)
Includes all airport transportation, Flat Rates and Point to Point transfers. Extra stops are a minimum charge of $15.00 Depending on mileage, time and vehicle.
Non Airport transfers will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, waiting time will be charged starting from the scheduled pickup time at $1.00 per minute.
EXTRA CHARGES

Service Fees: Extra charges may apply for airport transfers, late-night pickups, additional stops, or weather delays.

Late Night Fee: $10 surcharge for airport pickups between 12 AM and 3 AM, including if flights are delayed into this window.

Exceptional Traffic Charges: Additional costs for extended travel time due to traffic, accidents, or rush hour, based on circumstances (e.g., a 30-minute ride taking over an hour).
For Example: If a ride typically takes 30 minutes but took over an hour due to traffic/accidents/rush hour, etc… this additional driving time will be a reasonable additional cost. Charges will depend on the circumstance.
Ride Cancellation
In order to provide the highest level of customer service and maximum availability to all of our clients, we follow the policy below for canceling a reservation. You agree to cancel reservations at least 24 hours prior to your pick up time for point to point, hourly, and airport pickup reservations. For van reservations for 14 passengers or more, we require 5 days notice for canceling reservations. Payment and Refund Policies
We keep it straightforward with flat-rate payments for your shuttle ride, no surprises. Pay when you book, and get a refund if you cancel 24 hours ahead (5 days for big vans). No extra fees like taxis, whether you’re in Portland or Vancouver, WA.
User Rights and Responsibilities
Portland Express Shuttle shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by, but not limited to, acts of nature, incorrect pickup or drop off information, or any situation out of our control (such as bad weather, accident or vehicle malfunctions). We will do our best to be in communication if any of these situations occur.
Intellectual Property
The fun stuff on our site like pictures of our Mercedes Sprinter and our “Portland Express Shuttle” name is ours. Don’t take it without a chat. We respect your things too, so let’s keep it fair while you plan your sightseeing car service.

Disclaimers
We work to make your journey with us a enjoyable experience, but external factors like Downtown Portland traffic or Mt. Hood’s unpredictable rain are beyond our control. While we’re committed to providing exceptional service, our commitment are limited to the terms outlined in these rules, with no additional guarantees.
Liability
We’re not responsible for delays from weather in Oregon City or road issues in Vancouver, WA. Our safe drivers and meticulous cleaning standards make your ride wonderful, but it’s as-is with no extras.
Governing Law
Portland Express Shuttle follow Oregon laws, where we’re at 6543 SE 137th Ave, Portland, OR 97236. If there’s a glitch with your Shuttle Service in Portland, Washington, we’ll handle it under Oregon rules, keeping it local and clear.
